Lightweight, hardwearing backpack with fantastic ventilation and excellent carrying comfort – perfect for hiking in warm/humid climates. The aluminium frame and mesh back panel let air circulate freely against the back. The Fjallraven Abisko Friluft 35 Rucksack impresses with its durability and exceptional ventilation. This 35-litre rucksack offers comfort and practical features for hikers who venture into warm and humid environments.

The shoulder straps and hip belt are well-padded and designed to distribute weight efficiently, reducing strain on longer treks. The fixed back length provides a stable and comfortable fit, although it may not cater to those who prefer adjustable systems.

One of the standout features is the Friluft Ventilation System. The aluminium frame and mesh back panel allow excellent airflow, keeping your back cool and dry even during strenuous hikes. 

Constructed from 210D recycled polyamide ripstop fabric with a reinforced base of 500D recycled polyamide, this is a very robust pack; however, at just over 1600 grams, it is quite heavy for a 35L pack. The trade-off of cores is durability. The rucksack’s eco-friendly credentials are also commendable, as it uses 100% recycled materials and is free from harmful PFCs.

The storage options are well-thought-out, with multiple pockets providing ample space for all your hiking essentials. The main compartment is spacious, and additional pockets make it easy to organise smaller items. The reinforced base ensures the rucksack remains stable and protected when placed on rough terrain.
