Long grain rice mixed with mushrooms, diced onions, coconut milk, turmeric, leeks and other ingredients – our newest meal, Mushroom Risotto, will delight any diet including vegan, vegetarian and traditional. Who said fine dining on the top of Ben Nevis was not possible?

Preparation: REMOVE THE OXYGEN ABSORBER* (Sachet) from inside the pouch. Slowly add hot water, stirring as you pour and then close the bag. Wait 5 minutes for the food to rehydrate. Cold water will suffice, however the re-hydration time is much longer.

* The oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic. DO NOT EAT.
