Making it perfect for backcountry, due to its riveted blade design it cuts through snow and debris quickly meaning that it offers the peace of mind, that you can carry something this lightweight without having to sacrifice avalanche safety. The telescopic shaft allows for easy of use for clearing snow quickly, while still remaining comfortable to use.
